SUPERMARKET is proud to announce its third annual edition of the international artist-run art fair. This year SUPERMARKET will occupy the stylish Clarion Hotel Stockholm on the island of Södermalm, with an estimated 40 International exhibitors transforming the classy hotel premises into a vibrant artist-run art fair.
Every year SUPERMARKET has relocated; starting in 2007 in an art nouveau palace, moving to an industrial space the following year, and now, to a newly built designer luxury hotel. Initiated and organised by artists, this project has rapidly evolved from a modest group of local initiatives to a full-fledged international art exposition that has made its mark and helped firmly establish Stockholm on the art world map. |

Antikmässan, the Stockholm International Antiques Fair, is the top Nordic fair for antiques, art, furnishings and design. The next edition of Antikmässan will take place on April 2-5, 2009 at Stockholm International Fairs, Älvsjö.
Antikmässan presents items in the elegant Gustavian style dating back to 18th century Sweden. Objects in the 19th century Karl Johan style (the Swedish version of the French Empire style) are also on display. Last but not least - and it's hot stuff around the globe - vintage/modern design (20th century Scandinavian) is presented. |
